1. Introduction

By installing or using the Mockery browser extension, provided by Mateusz Chyb (EU VAT PL8992822518), trading as Drivn Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Mockery browser extension.

2. Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement takes effect upon your first use of the Mockery browser extension. By continuing to use the extension, you confirm your acceptance of these terms, including any modifications that may be made in the future.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

Drivn Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Mockery browser extension for personal or commercial use in accordance with this Agreement. This license remains in effect unless terminated due to a violation of these terms.

4. Subscription and Communication

4.1 Subscription Plans:

By subscribing to a paid plan for the Mockery browser extension, you agree to the applicable fees and billing cycles. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4.2 Product Updates:

By signing up for a paid plan, you consent to receive important product updates via the email associated with your Google or GitHub account (whichever was used during the checkout process). You may opt out at any time by contacting us at support@mockery.software. We only send critical updates related to product functionality and security.

5. Disclaimers

Drivn Technologies does not warrant that the Mockery browser extension will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivn Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data corruption, business interruption, or loss of contracts, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Drivn Technologies' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the software or services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, except where mandatory local laws require otherwise. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland, unless local jurisdiction laws mandate otherwise.

8. Modifications to Terms

Drivn Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting the revised version on our website or within the extension. We will update the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page to reflect any modifications. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mockery browser extension if you violate these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement shall cease immediately.
